Something Navy publishes stories about human behavior, relationships and modern life for general information and interest. This page explains what our content is, and is not, intended to be.
Not professional advice
Our articles discuss psychology, relationships, wellbeing, money and lifestyle topics. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, such as a doctor, psychologist, counsellor, lawyer or financial adviser. Always seek professional advice about your own circumstances, and never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.
If you are in crisis or worried about your safety or someone else’s, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Accuracy and updates
We work hard to make our content accurate and up to date, and every article is reviewed by an editor before it is published. However, research findings change, and an article reflects the information available when it was published or last updated. We make no guarantees about the completeness, reliability or accuracy of any information on this site. If you spot an error, please tell us at [email protected].
External links
Our articles may link to research papers, organizations and other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Advertising and affiliate links
Something Navy may display advertising and may include affiliate links. If you buy something through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Advertisers and partners have no influence over our editorial content, and any sponsored content will be clearly labelled.

Something Navy is published by ASLUCK Studios, London. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the former fashion brand of the same name, its founders or its former owners. Any third-party names or trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.
