After working so closely with the Nordstrom Product Group in creating the Something Navy line, I’ve learned so much about the ins and outs of Nordstrom and how much thought and care goes into putting their customer first. Knowing how invested they are with the entire customer experience, Nordstrom to me is the most trusted place to shop. While checking in on my line the other day, I couldn’t help but check out the other contemporary brands that I’ve always admired, like SEA and Grlfrnd Denim.
Something Navy is definitely in great company and on top of that, I love the amazing services offered. Any service that makes my life easier and convenient, sign me up! I remember not having something to wear to a last-minute wedding out in Long Island and I learned about ROTUS (Reserve online, try on in store) I checked out with a few different dress options on my phone during the car ride and stopped by the mall and it was waiting for me to try on as soon as I got there. Did you know they also offer free alterations? (Yet another reason I can’t wait until the Nordstrom Women store launches here in NYC!)
